A week after reports surfaced that Alicia Vikander and Michael Fassbender wed in an ultra-private Ibiza, Spain ceremony, the newlyweds were spotted taking their nuptial bliss to Italy for an amore-filled honeymoon.

In photos shared to Twitter by an Italian fan, the lovebirds stopped to snap pictures at Osteria del Cappello, a restaurant located inside Hotel Al Cappello Rosso, in Bologna, celebrating their newlywed status in the most low-key way possible with locals.

One group image taken behind the bakery counter shows the X-Men: First Class actor, clad in a blue T-shirt, posing with his arms around six ecstatic workers, while a second photo offers a glimpse at the fresh-faced Academy Award winner flashing her wedding band, as Fassbender snaps a selfie with his wife and two members of the restaurant staff.

Looks like it’s safe to say that there’s plenty of amore in the air, and the Italians are more than willing to celebrate with the happy couple!

Caitlyn Jenner is living her best life in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Ahead of her 68th birthday on Saturday, the reality star made her lifelong “fantasy” a reality, as she paraded around an idyllic beach in a plunging one-piece and an oversized straw hat during a video she posted to Instagram.

In the short clip, Jenner gives her best supermodel walk toward the camera (perhaps daughter Kendall showed her some moves?), whips off her hat, and sings that she’s “free!” As she exclaims the lovely notion, she slowly twirls around, revealing the backside of her bathing suit.

“40 years ago my therapist asked me what my fantasy is. I told her walking on the beach being my authentic self and…,” the dad of six captioned the video.

In January, Jenner underwent gender reassignment surgery, and last October, officially changed her name from Bruce to Caitlyn Marie, marking two major milestones on her journey to becoming a woman.

While age is just a number, we have to say Caitlyn makes turning 68 appear like a totally rejuvenating experience!

Gal Gadot has addressed rumors that she had refused to play Wonder Woman again if Brett Ratner is involved in the sequel in the wake of multiple allegations of sexual misconduct against the producer.

The actress—who starred as the iconic character in this summer’s hit Wonder Woman film and reprises the character in Justice League, out Friday—stopped by Today Thursday where she spoke out for the first time about reports first published by Page Six.

“At the end of the day, a lot has been written about my views and the way that I feel, and everyone knows the way that I feel because I’m not hiding anything,” Gadot, 32, told Savannah Guthrie. “But the truth is, there’s so many people making this movie—it’s not just me—and they all echoed the same sentiments.”

“Everyone knew what the right thing to do,” Gadot added. “But there was nothing for me to actually come and say because [the movie] was already done before this article came out.”

Ratner, a longtime Hollywood power player known for directing the Rush Hour series and producing movies like Horrible Bosses and The Revenant, helped produce Wonder Woman through his production company RatPac-Dune Entertainment as part of its co-financing deal with Warner Bros.

VIDEO: Olivia Munn and Multiple Women Accuse Film Producer Brett Ratner of Sexual Misconduct

On Nov. 1, six women—including actresses Olivia Munn and Natasha Henstridge—spoke out against Ratner, 48, in an article published by the Los Angeles Times. Munn alleged that while visiting the set of the 2004 Ratner-directed film After the Sunset, he masturbated in front of her. Henstridge claimed she was 19 when Ratner forced her to perform oral sex on him in his New York apartment.

Three other women, including Ellen Page, have also spoken out about him.

In a statement to the L.A. Times, Ratner’s attorney Martin Singer vehemently disputed the specific allegations and said “no woman has ever made a claim against him for sexual misconduct or sexual harassment. Furthermore, no woman has ever requested or received any financial settlement from my client.”

Since then, Ratner has stepped away from “all Warner Bros.-related activities,” saying in a statement that, “I don’t want to have any possible negative impact to the studio until these personal issues are resolved.”

An individual with knowledge of the situation told Entertainment Weekly on Nov. 1 that Warner Bros. was severing ties with Ratner as his first-look deal with the studio had expired and would not be renewed.

As for Gadot, sources told Page Six in a report published Saturday that “Brett made a lot of money from the success of Wonder Woman, thanks to his company having helped finance the first movie. Now Gadot is saying she won’t sign for the sequel unless Warner Bros. buys Brett out [of his financing deal] and gets rid of him.”

The insider added that Gadot’s “tough and stands by her principles. She also knows the best way to hit people like Brett Ratner is in the wallet. She also knows that Warner Bros. has to side with her on this issue as it develops. They can’t have a movie rooted in women’s empowerment being part-financed by a man accused of sexual misconduct against women.”

Earlier this month, Gadot posted an Instagram standing by the alleged victims of sexual assault speaking out against Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey and more.

“Bullying and sexual harassment is unacceptable! I stand by all the courageous women confronting their fears and speaking out. Together we stand,” she wrote. “We are all united in this time of change.”

RatPac-Dune Entertainment and Warner Bros. have not commented.

Serena Williams had the fairytale wedding of her dreams, and she definitely looked the part. The tennis superstar wore custom Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen to walk down the aisle, and she could not have looked like more of a queen.

The gorgeous strapless number was the quintessential ball gown complete with a full taffeta skirt and a bejeweled cape. No bride should be without jewels, and the ones that Williams wore did not disappoint. She wore $3.5 million dollars worth of bling by XIV Karats, which perfectly complemented the bouquet of white roses she carried.

Williams shared a photo of herself from before the ceremony on her Instagram account, and the star looks simply stunning as enjoys a moment alone before the wedding.

The Beauty and the Beast-themed wedding took place at the Contemporary Arts Center in New Orleans in New Orleans in front a star-studded crowd, including Beyoncé, Jay Z, Kelly Rowland, Eva Longoria, Ciara, and Kim Kardashian West on November 16.

If you want art connoisseurs to take note of your talent, you better work, bitch.

That’s exactly what Britney Spears has been doing, and now, the hours toiling behind a canvas have paid off.

In case you weren’t aware, the 35-year-old performer has taken up painting, and regularly shares videos of herself stroking some watercolors onto a blank canvas. Usually, she wears crop tops and flaunts her abs, because why not.

Last month, however, one particular floral piece really caught everyone’s attention. Paired alongside classical music, Spears shared a video of herself—again, in itty-bitty shorts, a sports bra, and a tunic-like thing with sneakers—creating the piece, accompanied by the caption, “sometimes you just gotta play!!!!!!”

You’d think she’d keep these at home as a special side project, right? Wrong.

It turns out Spears actually donated her work to Vegas Cares, a benefit concert during which guests bid on pieces auctioned to benefit the first responders and the victims of the Las Vegas mass shooting.

The event was held Sunday and journalist Robin Leach took home the pop star’s one-and-only for a whopping $10,000.

“I’m so proud to call Vegas my second home and I’m please to participate in this Vegas Cares show,” she reportedly said in a video message during the concert. “The flowers in my painting represent a new beginning, and it’s in that spirit that we move forward. All the proceeds from the winning bid go to Vegas Cares Memorial Fund. I appreciate your kindness and your generosity. I love you, Vegas.”

On Saturday, Spears opened the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation’s Britney Spears campus after raising $1 million to build it.

Keep on keepin’ on, Brit.

Gwen Stefani couldn’t agree more with People‘s selection for the 2017 Sexiest Man Alive title: her boyfriend of two years and former co-star on The Voice, county crooner Blake Shelton.

“He’s perfect for it,” Stefani, 48, told People. “Somebody that is funny and has a sense of humor is sexy—that’s the No. 1 thing.”

“He’s somebody that is at the top of their game and talented and genuine and cool and generous and just not self-aware at all—completely a man,” the No Doubt rocker and mother of three continued. “He doesn’t even know how cute he is. [He]’s cocky but only because he’s a cowboy!” she joked.

Stefani went on to reveal what she finds most attractive about her handsome man, and it has nothing to do with his looks. “It’s interesting because I don’t think any of those things like beauty or sexy, or whatever way you want to describe humans, is necessarily a physical thing that people are attracted to,” she mused. “It’s all about the heart, and he has that big ol’ gigantic heart in there, so he’s quite an attractive human. I’m not the only one that thinks it!”

Shelton, however, had a more self-deprecating response to the title, and addressed the announcement on Twitter with the hashtag #donthatemebecauseimbeautiful.

President Donald Trump decided late Tuesday to continue America’s complicity in the world’s worst humanitarian crisis by vetoing the historic Yemen War Powers resolution.

“With Trump’s veto of Bernie Sanders’ and my War Powers resolution, he is risking the lives of millions of Yemeni civilians to famine, deadly airstrikes, and the war crimes of the Saudi regime.”
—Rep. Ro Khanna

“Donald Trump’s veto today is reckless and shameful,” Stephen Miles, director of Win Without War, said in a statement. “Sadly, it is also to be expected from a president who has pretended to be a champion of peace while actually expanding every war he inherited and putting us on a collision course to war with Iran.”

Trump’s veto—the second of his presidency—came nearly two weeks after the House of Representatives passed the Yemen measure with an overwhelming bipartisan vote, marking the first time Congress has sent a War Powers resolution to the president’s desk.

Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.), who helped lead the House effort to end U.S. military involvement in Yemen, denounced Trump’s veto on Twitter.

“With Trump’s veto of Bernie Sanders’ and my War Powers resolution, which passed with bipartisan support in Congress, he is risking the lives of millions of Yemeni civilians to famine, deadly airstrikes, and the war crimes of the Saudi regime,” Khanna wrote. “We must override his veto.”

In a separate tweet, Khanna challenged Trump’s claim in his veto message that the Yemen measure represented “an unnecessary, dangerous attempt to weaken [his] constitutional authorities.”

Trump’s veto was immediately praised by Anwar Gargash, foreign minister of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), a key Saudi ally in the years-long assault on Yemen.

According to a report published by the humanitarian group Save the Children last November, 85,000 Yemeni children under the age of five have died of malnutrition over the past three years, as the U.S.-backed Saudi coalition has relentlessly bombed the impoverished nation and restricted access to food and medicine.

The United Nations has estimated that 14 million Yemenis—half the country’s population—are at risk of famine as the Saudi bombing continues with the help of American-made weapons and aircraft.

“The people of Yemen desperately need humanitarian help, not more bombs,” tweeted Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), who led the Senate effort to cut off U.S. military support for Saudi Arabia.

Amid the worsening humanitarian crisis in Yemen, Peace Action executive director Jon Rainwater urged Congress to “keep the pressure up and continue the fight to stop U.S. complicity.”

“They must pull out the stops to confront this president who thinks starving millions of Yemenis is a price worth paying for high arms industry profits,” Rainwater said in a statement. “Congress should work to block arms sales to the Saudi-led coalition and cut off funding for U.S. military involvement in Yemen. They should raise hell in the run-up to the 2020 election and lay each new casualty of this war at Trump’s feet where they belong.”

You’d think a song as popular as “All I Want for Christmas Is You” has spent plenty of time in the limelight, right?

Well, the truth is that it hadn’t received the acclaim it deserved—until now.

This week, we’ve learned that 23 years after Mariah Carey released the hit holiday jam in 1994, it finally earned major music industry respect by landing in the No. 9 spot on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.

So how’d Carey, the undisputed Queen of Christmas, feel about the honor? “This is such an amazing Christmas gift!” She told Billboard. “As a songwriter, I feel so honored to have this song reach Billboard’s [Hot 100] top 10 for the first time. I honestly never thought we’d be talking about this happening, but I’m so thankful to everyone who embraces this song as part of their holiday tradition.”

She added, “It truly warms my heart, and I am proud of this song that I wrote basically as a kid on my little Casio keyboard.”

For Carey, this marks her 28th jam on the Hot 100 top 10. Since 1994, she’s continued to perform the festive song year after year, always turning to sparkly outfits as she hits the stage.

On Monday, she took to Instagram to send her fans a sweet holiday message. “Happy Holidays #lambily.. thank you for coming out and making it so festive!” She captioned an image of herself posing in a plunging red look next to her Christmas tree.

Even as the Pentagon stammered and the retired generals, ex-CIA chiefs, and war hawks from both major political parties took to the cable news to warn against the prospect of less war—or at least U.S. involvement in them—peace groups on Wednesday afternoon applauded news reporting that President Donald Trump has ordered the withdrawal of U.S. ground forces from Syria.

“President Trump is absolutely right to withdraw U.S. forces from Syria,” said Paul Kawika Martin, senior director for policy and political affairs at Peace Action, in response to reporting from the New York Times and others.

“President Obama deployed U.S. soldiers to Syria in violation of international law,” he said, “and the ongoing U.S. presence there only serves to prolong the war and fuel the risk of confrontation with Russia, Iran, and other parties to the conflict.”

A troop withdrawal, Martin added, does not mean the U.S. cannot have a role in helping the Syrian people or securing a better future for the nation. “The U.S. can and should pursue a more active role in negotiations aimed at securing a political solution and a lasting peace in Syria, and should step up funding for humanitarian aid,” Martin said. “President Trump should also rethink his administration’s callous, discriminatory refugee policies and immediately increase the number of refugees allowed into the United States rather than continuing to shut our doors to Syrians fleeing a war that the U.S. has played such a significant role in.”

The anti-war and human rights group CodePink also applauded the prospect of all U.S. troops leaving Syria.

“We believe the U.S. withdrawal from Syria is a positive contribution to the peace process,”  said the group’s co-founder Medea Benjamin. A withdrawal, she added, also “decreases the tensions between the United States and Iran that could have escalated the dangerous proxy wars that have been victimizing the Syrian people.”

Putting focus on the war’s countless victims, Benjamin said her group is calling “on all foreign powers that have been involved in Syria’s destruction, including the United States, to take responsibility for rebuilding this nation and providing assistance to the Syrian people, including the refugees, who have suffered so tragically for over seven years.”

Benjamin said she further hopes that the decision will also mark the start of further reevaluation of U.S. troops stationed around the world. “This is particularly true in Afghanistan,” she said, “where some 16,000 US soldiers are engaged in a war that is beginning its 18th year, and in neighboring Iraq, where the U.S. says it will maintain its presence with 5,200 troops stationed in the country. President Trump should continue to stand up to the neocons and the military-industrial complex that profit from endless war by bringing these troops home as well.”

Martin agreed.

“As long as Trump is rethinking the U.S. role in Syria, he should also move to withdraw U.S. forces from the 17-year-old war in Afghanistan, and from the catastrophic Saudi-led war in Yemen,” Martin said.

“The U.S. has been waging endless war for a generation, wasting trillions of dollars and costing countless lives, and we’re no better off for it,” he concluded. “We need a security strategy rooted in peace and cooperation rather than death and destruction. In the coming year, the new Congress should move to reclaim its long-lost authority on war so that these critical decisions are vetted by the people’s representatives instead of left in the hands of one person.”

Khloé Kardashian can’t stop gushing over her beau, Tristan Thompson.

The reality star, who is pregnant with her first child with Thompson, shared a sweet tribute to her boyfriend on Instagram Monday with a throwback photo from her 33rd birthday party this summer.

“The day I met you, my life changed,” she captioned the black and white photo booth snap of the duo kissing. “Thank you my love!”

While Kardashian, 33, has yet to officially announce her pregnancy, multiple sources previously confirmed to People she and Thompson, 26, are expecting a boy together—due to arrive in early 2018. This will be Kardashian’s first child, while Thompson is also dad to son Prince Oliver, who turns 1 this month.

Kardashian did make one thing with Thompson official recently: A KUWTK episode in November marked the first time the Cleveland Cavaliers player appeared on the show. The pair have been dating since September 2016.

“I just feel like Khloé has met her perfect match,” momager Kris Jenner gushed during the episode.

A source previously told People that those close to the Good American co-founder and Thompson are elated for their upcoming journey as parents together.

“This is something Khloé has wanted for years and years and yet it’s more than that: she didn’t want it unless she was in the right relationship for it. She never let it happen with Lamar, intentionally, and she never considered it with James or French or anyone else she has seen,” the source said of Khloé, who was married to Lamar Odom from 2009-16.

“But this is such a wonderful moment for her: not only is she going to be a mother, she is going to be raising a child with a man she truly loves,” the source added. “Everyone is over the moon for them both.”

Kardashian isn’t the only one in her family expecting a baby. Sister Kim Kardashian West is expecting a baby girl (her third child with husband Kanye West) and sister Kylie Jenner is expecting a daughter (with boyfriend Travis Scott). All are “due around the same,” a source told People in September.

“Getting pregnant at the same time was totally unplanned, but they are really happy about it,” the source added of the sisters.
