– Rey Horus defeated Adam Brooks in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match. This was a fun opener. Brooks has never grabbed me in the way that he has others, but he had a good showing here. I like Horus a lot and thought that he looked great. Brooks played the heel throughout the match. Horus hit a big dive over the corner post that looked great, and Brooks hit a Fosbury flop to the outside. They had a nice sequence late where Brooks hit a Canadian Destroyer, only to have Horus pop up immediately and hit a standing Spanish Fly and both guys collapsed for the “This is awesome” spot (There were no “This is awesome” chants all night, but the crowd did cheer). Brooks got a great near fall late when he reversed an attempt at a top rope rana into a powerbomb and followed with an Aoi Shoudou. Horus won with a super victory roll. Good pop for the finish and a bit of money thrown in the ring.

– Flamita defeated Puma King in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match. A great showcase for lucha libre and a nice intro to PWG for Puma King. They did a great series of counters and reversals to a stalemate early. Flamita hit a series of topes to the outside. Puma King got a near fall with a reverse rana, spring board crossbody splash, and a diving double stomp. Flamita also got a near fall with a top rope 450, and it looked like he landed on Puma King hard. The finish came when Flamita reversed a top rope rana into a powerbomb, followed up with a superkick, and then hit a Phoenix Splash. This match was a sprint and was great. There were cheers for Puma King afterwards (the crowd might have wanted him to win more than Flamita), followed by “Please come back” chants and money thrown into the ring.

– CIMA defeated Jody Fleisch in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match. Another well-worked match. There was plenty of flying, but these guys were smart to recognize that they couldn’t match the rest of the card — so they worked some comedy and other clever spots. They had a series of reversals that led to a stalemate early. Here’s a benefit of having agents on a show, each of the first three matches had similar early sequences of reversals capped by both guys doing a dropkick and then rolling kip-ups so that they were facing each other. It’s a cool sequence, but it probably shouldn’t happen in three straight matches. After the stalemate, Fleisch and CIMA worked some comedy when Fleisch said he could get the crowd to cheer louder for him. He went to two corners on one side in succession and got a decent response. CIMA then did the same to the other two corners and did better. Fleisch wanted to repeat, and they got the same result. Fleisch then offered a handshake, noting that “we’re both babyfaces” to entice the reluctant CIMA. After a successful shake with the right, Fleisch said they should shake with the left. They did so, but CIMA pulled the double cross. The match spilled outside with Fleisch hitting an Asai moonsault. They eventually ended up back in the ring and did two great sequences where they rolled around, each trying for pins, but only getting a one count each time. They ended the sequence and then went into a similar sequence with the same results before both collapsing. This was great and got a strong reaction from the crowd. Fleisch hit a step-up rana to take CIMA off the corner turnbuckle and hit a springboard tornado DDT for a near fall. Fleisch missed a Shooting Star Splash. CIMA hit a White Noise and a great looking diving double knees off the top turnbuckle to win. Nice reaction for Fleisch after the match, though not quite as big as the one for Puma King. There was a decent amount of “Please come back” chants.

– Bandido defeated T-Hawk in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match Outstanding match. Bandido is so over as a baby face with this crowd. It sounded like WALTER and Bandido got the biggest pops of the night to me, though Brody King and PCO were close. T-Hawk was great here playing heel. Everything he did looked crisp and his facials and crowd work were top notch. T-Hawk got the heat early with some stiff chops and worked the crowd well. The match went outside and Bandido hit a moonsault from the second turnbuckle to the floor. T-Hawk came back in the ring with hard slaps and two chops to the throat. He then flexed his pecs for the crowd as the boos rained down — really well done. T-Hawk hit some vicious strikes into a reverse powerslam, but Bandido popped up right away and hit a big boot, then both collapsed. The crowd loved this. They had a long Hiromu Takahashi vs. Dragon Lee type sequence of chopping the hell out of each other, and the crowd went nuts for it after they had gone for awhile. They then slowed down and suddenly sped back up to a bigger pop. The end came when Bandido hit his backflip fallaway slam off the top turnbuckle. Great move, great finish, and great match. Everyone went nuts and threw money in the ring. This was 4.5 stars for me. Great post-match reaction for T-Hawk — I really hope he is back.

– Joey Janela defeated David Starr in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match. This match was an intense, brutal affair. They have great chemistry together, but this was one of those matches where, in my opinion, they had a few spots that were too dangerous that subtracted from the match. I still liked the match a lot, but I think these guys are good enough that they didn’t need to do everything that they did. Early on, it was a stiff well-worked match. Starr worked heel well and Janela took a stiff chop and bumped over the ropes to the floor. They worked outside a bit. After coming back in, Janela hit a top rope rana and followed with a top rope elbow drop for a near fall. They brawled for a bit and Janela eventually hit a spot where he knocked Starr down while Starr was on the turnbuckle. Janela pulled Starr so he was flat on his back across the buckle and then jumped down to the floor so Starr landed on the back of his head on the apron. This looked so brutal. I had a good line of sight and it looked like the back of Starr’s head smashed on the apron. Starr came back and hit Janela with a DDT on the apron. Starr then hit a Canadian Destroyer, but Janela popped up right away and hit a superkick before they both collapsed. A version of this appeared in every match, and it always worked. They went back to clubbing the hell out of each other, then Starr put on a submission that looked like a half Sharpshooter and half Liontamer, with Starr wrenching Janela at a high angle and grabbing his left arm. Janela wouldn’t tap and eventually made the ropes. They went back outside and exchanged a series of four topes: Starr hit one, Janela popped right up, slid in the ring, and hit a tope, Starr popped up and did the same — and then hit another for good measure. Janela hit a top rope Swanton Bomb to the floor and then a package piledriver back in the ring for two. They had another brutal sequence where Starr took Janela off the top turnbuckle and dropped him on the back of his head on the ropes, then hit a crushing clothesline and a painful looking Last Shot for a near fall. Starr then landed a superkick for a near fall. Starr went for his half Sharpshooter/Liontamer submission, but Janela rolled him into a small package for a two count. As soon as Starr kicked out, Janela popped up and hit a superkick for the win. The crowd loved this.

– Brody King defeated PCO in a Battle of Los Angeles tournament first round match. This match was sort of a disaster. It had elements of a Tomohiro Ishii vs. Togi Makabe NEVER Openweight title match. It also wanted to be Keith Lee vs. Donovan Dijak from last year, but it felt like both guys almost died in the process. The crowd loved this match, but there were a few bad botches and a ton of danger — so I have no idea how to rate this. They did good big man stuff early: a long collar-and-elbow tie up, running the ropes for shoulder tackles where no one budged, chops, etc. They ended up outside, and PCO hit a tope suicida. King then went for a tope con hilo, but he didn’t go as far as PCO expected, so King landed hard on the floor. Back in the ring, PCO hit a rana to take Brody off the top turnbuckle. King then tried to answer with a standing rana of his own, but it was a mess. It was slow and PCO had trouble going over for it. King hit a disgusting looking cannonball onto PCO’s back while PCO was laying prone over the ropes (like he was setting up to take the 619 but instead had someone do a rolling splash onto his upper back). King hit another cannonball into the corner and a second rope moonsault for a near fall. King then hit a springboard crossbody and a piledriver, but PCO kicked out at one for a big pop. PCO hit a pop-up powerbomb and then a stiff knee. Now for the total madness: PCO set King up so he was laying in the ring with his upper body under the ropes on the apron. PCO then climbed to the top turnbuckle and hit a somersault senton. PCO climbed the ropes again, this time with his back to King, who was still laying in the ring with his upper body on the apron. PCO tried some sort of splash where he turned in mid-air to, presumably, land chest first on King. But PCO entirely miscalculated and landed chest first on the top rope and then fell off to the floor. PCO somehow got up. They returned to the ring, where PCO eventually went for a top rope moonsault onto King in the center of the ring. PCO sort of made it over, but it looked like he landed on a lot of head and neck. Not as bad as the Brock Lesnar Shooting Star Press landing, but it also wasn’t a lot better. PCO went for another moonsault, but King stopped him while he was still on the turnbuckle. He lifted PCO onto his shoulders like a reverse fireman’s carry, then turned him and piledrove him for the victory. PCO got up, eventually, to huge cheers. I love both guys and they worked really hard, but their reach exceeded their grasp here, and it was way too dangerous for me.

– Ringkampf (PWG World Champion WALTER & Timothy Thatcher) defeated Ilja Dragunov & Shingo Takagi in a non-tournament match. This was just awesome and the best match of the night for me — 4.75 stars easily. Great chemistry between all four wrestlers and everyone got time together. Dragunov and Takagi were outstanding. Thatcher and Dragunov started and battled to a stalemate before tagging in their respective partners. Takagi and WALTER were great together — I felt like that was the singles match that the fans wanted most for the future. WALTER built great heat by continually attacking. Takagi while he was on the apron. It was like every time WALTER was in, he’d beat up Dragunov and then explode over to the corner and hit Takagi with a running boot to the face. He did this to Dragunov as well. Dragunov’s overall charisma and fire are unbelievable live — he should be a superstar. There were many great striking and transition sequences. Everything made sense and everyone was on. Dragunov was setting up for a top rope move on Thatcher, but WALTER broke it up by slugging Dragunov. He then picked up Takagi into a powerbomb and hurled him into Thatcher doing a European uppercut. Thatcher went for the cover, and Dragunov jumped off the top rope and over WALTER to break it up. Thatcher was setting up a German suplex on Dragunov in the corner. Dragunov grabbed the ropes, but WALTER came over and grabbed Thatcher in the German suplex position and German’d both guys. Takagi came in to attack Thatcher, but WALTER hit him with a John Woo dropkick. Dragunov got up and fought with WALTER out of the ring. Takagi hit some strikes on Thatcher, but Thatcher grabbed a Fujiwara armbar. As Takagi fought the armbar, Thatcher rolled him over into a pin for the win. I feel like I didn’t do this match justice, it was so great. After it was over, Thatcher and WALTER wanted to shake hands with their opponents. Dragunov did, but Takagi would not. He wouldn’t shake anyone’s hand and walked out on Dragunov. Thatcher then wanted to shake WALTER’s hand. WALTER was reluctant, repeatedly saying something about how he was champion and talking about how they had to wrestle each other on night two. WALTER eventually shook his hand.

  • What’s The REAL Story Behind John Cena’s New Hairstyle?!

Former WWE Superstar Santino Marella (Anthony Carelli) recently appeared as a guest on Busted Open Radio for an interview. During the appearance, Santino spoke about his recent Impact Wrestling appearance and whether or not he would be willing to appear for them more in the future. Featured below are some of the highlights.

On his friendship with Don Callis leading to him appearing for Impact Wrestling: “”Impact Wrestling moved their head office to Toronto. I mean we’re here, right? It started off as Scott D’Amore has become a very good friend of mine and they need different venues. So I implemented a little OVW in Battle Arts where we have a little arena in the middle of the gym it transforms into an arena it holds 500 people pretty comfortably. Impact started using our venue to do one of their platforms there. They have the Global Wrestling Network and they have Twitch.”

On not wanting to be a regular performer for Impact Wrestling but being open to appearing again: “Somehow they got me on [the show]. I was talking to Scott [D’Amore], I really didn’t want to appear as a character anywhere, I’m just enjoying everything else. But you have to be determined to make a long answer short. I might do something, I don’t know. It might be here or there, I’m not going to be a regular, that’s for sure.”

I’ve just been doing my thing, working out, and eating right. Binge watching my favorite television shows that I’m trying to catch up on. I have not watched a single second of wrestling since I got released. I don’t even know who the champions are these days.”

On who he keeps in contact with from WWE: “I talks to my buddies from WWE still, like Kevin Owens, or Daniel Bryan who has helped me in more ways than one. They just say the work outside WWE is incredible compared to what it was when they were just working independents.”

On Adam Cole: “Adam Cole, he’s a great dude. That guy- I don’t say this about many people, that guy is a great human being, just an amazing human being.”

Longtime pro wrestling personality and former WWE on-air performer Jason Sensation recently spoke with the folks from Hannibal TV about his recent suicidal tweet when WWE came to Toronto for RAW, and everything that was going on around it. For those who missed it, Sensation’s tweet read, “I got my gun through security and will shoot myself in the head and kill myself during tonight’s RAW in Toronto. Don’t ya dare miss it! Thanks for the memories, WWE.” Featured below are some of the highlights from Sensation’s new interview with Hannibal TV.

On the reason why he sent out the suicidal tweet before RAW in Toronto recently: “I suffer from depression and some mental issues. It’s hard to dive into this whole thing but I don’t want to sugar coat it either. I have some issues with wrestling and I have some issues with how my career went. I’m very hurt about how my career went in WWE and the way it ended …

“They [WWE] were in town and I was just in an emotional state. I was visiting my dad at my sister’s place. I had a few drinks with my sister. I passed out and I woke up, and oh great Raw is fixing to come on. My dad loves wrestling and he was getting ready to watch Raw from Toronto.”

On going into a depressive state once he didn’t receive any calls from people he’s still in contact with at WWE: “I say something stupid every now and then because I’m hurting and I’m just trying to get a reaction out of them. Do you even notice me? Why can’t you see me? It’s from a place of being hurt and never even getting a mention back. I can never get a mention back.

“Triple H will sign the wellness program letter to me. He’ll sign it personally and send it to me but I can never get a tweet back or a message back online. I feel like I’ve been so blacked out from them I can never get their attention.”

On waking up while ‘half-drunk’ and sending out the tweet and going back to sleep thinking nothing of it: “When my oldest sister came home she came running downstairs and said, ‘Jason, you don’t understand what you’ve done. I said it’s OK don’t worry about it. I’ll just deactivate my Twitter and I did without even realizing what I said. The next person to come down the stairs was a [police] officer. And I was like oh my God! This is real [laughs]. After they detained me, they were showing me that I was on TMZ. It came from a sad place but I wasn’t trying to get that attention this time. It was just me saying WTF ever and going back to sleep. I really did not put any thought into what I said in that tweet. When I reread it, I was like yeah that’s a f—ing awful tweet. I’ve been getting nothing but very negative feedback from a lot of people and I get it. I’m not even gonna try to fight anyone on it. I get it. It was wrong. People were saying ‘I was scared I was going to have to cover my children.’ Oh my gosh! I didn’t realize the magnitude of what I had even said. I sent out something from a hurt place without even thinking. I deal with mental illness. I do have suffering feelings and suffering pains. I do suffer from time to time. There’s times I wish I didn’t even have to be here to deal with my own pain. I don’t want to die. I don’t want to kill myself. When I had a heart attack I realized I didn’t want to die…When push came to shove I don’t really want to die. So, I regret sending that tweet out.”

WWE RAW Results & Live Discussion (9/24)

November 22, 2020 | News | No Comments

The September 24th, 2018 edition of WWE RAW took place at the Pepsi Center in Denver, CO.

– Fans have now been seated and this week’s RAW will be kicking off shortly!

– It appears that WWE has a new “Then, now, forever” intro video they play before the broadcast.

– A black limo pulls up to the arena, and Stephanie McMahon gets out. Baron Corbin greets her and starts singing Happy Birthday, but then Triple H gets out behind her. Corbin tries to suck up to Stephanie, but Stephanie says she has something to say to Corbin right here and now. Triple H says this will be awkward, so he leaves, and wishes Corbin good luck. Stephanie chews into Corbin for poorly handling The Shield. She trashes him for putting himself in a Universal Title match, and tells Corbin he will have to find two partners tonight to take on The Shield. She adds that if Corbin doesn’t pick up his job performance, Kurt Angle might be coming back sooner than expected.

– The Shield comes out through the crowd and steps in to the ring, and they’ve got microphones. They take turns trashing Baron Corbin, Braun Strowman, Ziggler and McIntyre. Rollins mentions hearing that Stephanie told Corbin to find partners for tonight. Rollins says they’re ready right now to show Corbin how big of a problem The Shield is. Corbin comes out to the stage to respond, and he says tonight he’s going to impress his boss, and show everyone who The Shield really are – a bunch of selfish individuals. Corbin says no one in the locker room likes anyone in The Shield, including Strowman, Ziggler, and McIntyre, who he then introduces. They come out to the stage and Braun gets on the mic. He tells Reigns he won’t be carrying that Universal Title much longer, and he can already see The Shield falling apart. Strowman and Ziggler start talking to Ambrose, saying he doesn’t need The Shield, but The Shield needs him. Ziggler talks about Ambrose winning the WWE Title all by himself, and The Shield is holding him back. McIntyre says Dean pushed him to his limit last week, and he says Dean deserves more than to be a third wheel in the Shield. They try to play some mind games with Ambrose and say that he’s not getting anything in return for being in The Shield. Reigns interrupts and tells them to shut up, because people didn’t pay to see them talk, they paid to see The Shield kick their butts, so let’s do it. Braun, Dolph and Drew start to head down the ramp, but Baron Corbin gets in front of them and yells to stop. Corbin says this match isn’t happening right now. Corbin tells Drew and Dolph they have to defend their Tag Titles tonight so they can’t fight now. Corbin says him and his mystery partners will deal with The Shield later.

– Still to come: Drew McIntyre & Dolph Ziggler vs. The Revival

– Finn Balor is shown backstage warming up. Bayley walks up and gives him a hug.

– Up next: Finn Balor vs. Jinder Mahal, with Bayley and Alicia Fox at ringside.

– Finn Balor vs. Jinder Mahal: Bayley, Alicia Fox, and Sunil Singh are at ringside for this one. Jinder starts off strong and lays into Balor with knees, then hits a reverse suplex. Back in the ring, Balor continues the offense and hits a double foot stomp on Jinder. Balor misses a shot in the corner and Jinder fires back with kicks. Jinder runs the ropes but Bayley appears to trip up Jinder. Alicia runs around the ring to get in Bayley’s face, and they brawl on the floor. Sunil runs over and Bayley suplexes him. The distraction leads to Balor rolling up Jinder from behind for the three count.

Winner: Finn Balor

– After the match, Jinder appears to blame Sunil for the loss. Jinder beats down Sunil at ringside and takes out his anger on him. He takes Sunil into the ring and beats him down with Alicia egging him off. Jinder then sits down and meditates with Alicia.

– The Riott Squad vs. The Bella Twins & Natalya: Nikki starts off strong against Liv Morgan, and she hits a back breaker for a two count. Brie comes in and hits the Yes Kicks on Liv next. Ruby tags in now and takes control against Nikki. The aprons clear into the ring and this leads to a big three-women suplex from the babyfaces to the Riott Squad members. The Riott Squad goes outside for a breather, and then back in the ring Sarah starts taking control. Natalya turns things around against Logan and locks in the Sharpshooter, but Ruby breaks it up. Ruby tags in now and hits the Riott Kick for the three count.

Winners: The Riott Squad

– The Bella Twins help Natalya back to her feet in the ring while the Riott Squad celebrates at ringside.

– Triple H and Stephanie McMahon come out to the ring, which is covered in red carpet. Several wrestlers come out to the stage, and there are Connor’s Cure graphics on the big screen. They introduce a video package looking at some charity work they did with Hyundai for the Connor’s Cure organization. Two kids come out and Triple H and Stephanie present them with WWE Championship belts. They present a cheque from Hyundai to donate to the Connor’s Cure foundation.

– Dolph Ziggler approaches Dean Ambrose backstage, and Ambrose grabs him by the collar. Ziggler says he’s not here to fight, and he once again tries to appeal to Ambrose. Graves thinks Zigglers’ words resonated with Graves a litle bit.

– We see a pre-taped promo from Chad Gable and Bobby Roode, where Gable asks WWBRD – What Would Bobby Roode Do?

– Chad Gable vs. Konnor: Bobby Roode and Viktor are both at ringside for this one. The opening bell sounds and Konnor immediately takes the fight to Gable. He slams Gable in to the corner and then applies a chin lock. Gable fights up but Konnor takes him into the corner and hits some elbows. Gable comes back with an arm bar, and then he hits some knee strikes on Konnor. Gable follows up with a German suplex for a two count. They run the ropes and Konnor hits a shoulder block and then a version of The Dominator for the three count.

Winner: Konnor

– The Ascension celebrates after the match as Roode counsels Gable.

– Stephanie and Triple H are backstage for an interview as they get in to their limo. Triple H is asked about The Undertaker, and Triple H tells Stephanie to get in the limo and he can handle this. Triple H says The Undertaker shouldn’t worry about Triple H going corporate and wearing a suit, because they’re fighting in the ring not the board room. Triple H says Underaker isn’t coming for his soul, because he sold his soul a long time ago. Triple H says the end is near, and he gets in the limo and leaves.

– We see a video package promoting the Mixed Match Challenge.

– Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre (c) vs. The Revival: The Revival trades tags early on and they take turns beating on Ziggler. Dash stomps on Ziggler and starts working on his right hsoulder. Dash hits a Northern Lights Suplex for a two count. The fight spills out to ringside, where Ziggler dodges a shot and throws Dash in to the ring steps. Back in the ring, McIntyre tags in and suplexes Dawson down for a two count. Ziggler and Dawson tag in and go back and forth with chops and punches. Dawson hits a butterfly suplex for a two count. Dawson hits a superplex off the top, and Wilder tags in and hits a splash, but McIntyre breaks up the pin. The fight spills outside, where Wilder hits a tornado DDT on McIntyre off the fan barricade. Ambrose is shown backstage watching on a monitor. Back in the ring, Ziggler and Wilder go at it now. Ziggler looks for a Fameasser, but Wilder catches him and picks him up. Dawson comes flying off the top with a Doomsday Device type maneuver on Ziggler for a two count. McIntyre finally gets the tag and he cleans house. McIntyre picks up Wilder, but Dawson dropkicks them down. Drew comes back with a headbutt on Wilder and a big boot on Dawson. Ziggler tags in and they hit the double team Zig Zag/Claymore Kick for the three count.

Winners & still RAW Tag Team Champions: Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre

– Still to come: Bobby Lashley vs. Elias

– Elias is in the ring with his guitar for a song, but he quickly gets interrupted by Kevin Owens’ entrance. The lights come on and we see the Kevin Owens Show set behind Elias. Owens will be at ringside for Elias’ match. Owens gets on the mic and talks about beating John Cena on his first night in WWE. Lio Rush comes out to interrupt and he talks about Bobby Lashley coming out. He introduces Colorado’s own, Bobby Lashley.

– Bobby Lashley vs. Elias: Elias starts off strong, but Lashley comes back with a shot in the corner. Lashley mounts Elias and pummels him with 10 punches. Elias tries to mount a comeback, but Lashley catches him. Lashley looks for a fallway slam, but Elias fights out and takes out Lashley’s knee. Elias starts working over Lashley’s knee now. The fight spills out to the ringside where Elias continues to work over Lashley’s leg. Back in the ring, Lashley finally gets in some offense and hits a vertical suplex. Kevin OWens and Lio Rush get in to it at ringside now, which leads to Owens accidentally hitting Lashley. The ref calls for the bell.

Winner via DQ: Bobby Lashley

– Lashley and Elias brawl at ringside while Owens and Lio run in the ring. Owens looks for a powerbomb on Lio, but Lashley makes the save.

– Seth Rollins approaches Drew McIntyre in the back and tries playing some mind games with him. Rollins tells Drew to give a good long think about his allegiances. Ziggler walks in and asks Drew if he’s ready, and Drew walks off.

– Nia Jax vs. Alicia Fox: Ember Moon and Alexa James are all at ringside for this one. Alicia starts off strong and stuns Nia with a big boot to the face. Fox follows up with a a running knee to the face for a two count. Nia catches her off the ropes and hits the Samoan Drop out of nowhere for the three count.

Winner: Nia Jax

– Drew McIntyre approaches Dean Ambrose backstage. Drew tells Ambrose about Seth saying the same kind of things to him that they said to Ambrose earlier in the night. Drew says maybe Seth wants a 4-man Shield with Drew in it, or maybe Seth has other ideas. Drew brings up Seth screwing over Ambrose in the past, then he walks off.

– We see some promotional videos for the Super Show Down in Australia.

– The Shield comes out first for their match, and then Baron Corbin comes out to the stage. Corbin reveals his partners for tonight: The Authros of Pain. The AoP comes out with their manager Drake Maverick for their match. They hit the ring, but before the bell, Braun Strowman comes out with a steel chair in his hand. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler are behind him, and they’ve got steel chairs too. They unfold the steel chairs on the stage and sit down to watch the match.

– The Shield vs. Baron Corbin & The Authors of Pain: Ambrose and Corbin start this one off. Corbin starts off strong, but Ambrose catches him with a drop toe hold and then tags in Rollins. Rollins and Ambrose hits a double vertical suplex for a two count. Rezar tags in and cleans house, and then Reigns tags in. Reigns and Rezar battle strength and right hands. Reigns finally fires up with a leaping clothesline. The aprons clear and all Hell breaks loose in the ring. The dust settles and Corbin is the legal man, and he hits a chokeslam backbreaker on Reigns. Reigns comes back with a Samoan drop out of nowhere, and bow both men are down. Akam and Rollins tag in, and Rollins cleans house with right hands and dropkick. Rollins looks for a suplex, but Akam escapes. Rollins breaks free from Akam’s grasp and hits a Blockbuster off the middle rope for a two count. The fight spills out to ringside and the Authors of Pain take control. Corbin joins in on the beat-down at ringside. Back in the ring, Akam works over Rollins and then tags in Corbin. Corbin continues the offense on Rollins and stomps him in to the mat.
