Sevilla have made a €25m verbal offer for Lille forward Nicolas Pepé

Spanish outfit Sevilla have made a €25m verbal offer for Lille’s precocious forward Nicolas Pepé, according to France Football.

The Ivorian forward, who is currently contracted to Lille until 2022, was the subject of a €14m bid from Southampton last week, which was rebuffed by Les Dogues.

Lille would prefer not to sell, but his future is currently in the balance, owing to their recent problems with the French football financial watch-dog, the DNCG.
