Busch was charged Friday with 23 counts, including auto theft, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, eluding police and cruelty to a police dog, the Denver County District Attorney’s Office said.
Busch allegedly bit a police K9 dog while resisting arrest. In the confusion, the dog also bit a cop, police said in an arrest affidavit. Police released a timeline Friday, showing that incident, along with various carjackings, hit-and-runs and trespassing.
