-Jason Jordan’s wife said his neck injury is just minor, and attributed any speculation otherwise to “fake news” in an IG post (@everhart316): “Yes, ‘Jason Jordan’ is injured. I assure you everything you have seen online is ‘Fake News!’ He has a minor neck injury and will be back in no time! Although I am very excited to have him home for a bit, I promise, I will help guide him to a speedy recovery! Thank you to everyone who reached out to check on him! He is very positive and already planning his comeback! In the meantime, just please keep sending Nathan and I good vibes!!” There have been reports of Jordan having weakness in one of his hands gripping, which can be a sign of neck problems. This post by his wife tends to indicate he won’t need surgery or miss extended time.

He said he’s glad he played football despite his resulting CTE issues, but added “there’s something intrinsically wrong with a sport, at least it is right now, where you lose your marbles somewhere down the line”.
