Ross tells the newspaper that WWE is prepared for rain and talked about the structure built to protect performers. He said that this year’s WrestleMania is going to pose a very emotional situation with the potential last match of Ric Flair and that “tears are going to flow” when Flair is inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
