After Madhya Pradesh & Rajasthan, Now Haryana Makes Rape Of Girls Under 12 Punishable By Death

Taking a cue from the pattern set by Madhya Pradesh, Haryana has become the third Indian state to propose capital punishment for those accused of sexually abusing girls under the age of 12.
The proposal, which was first made in January by state Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar was passed in the assembly on Thursday.
