Another WWE Release, RVD Captures Gold In Portugal, Hulkamania Tour Update

— Add Florida Championship Wrestling star Kris Logan to the list of names released from WWE developmental over the weekend. As previously reported, Fletcher Chase, Troy Jackman and Aiden Frost were also let go.

— Rob Van Dam defeated Joe E. Legend Friday night in Portimão, Portugal to capture the WSW World title. He defeated Lance Cade the following night to retain the gold.

— Last week it was reported that Ric Flair was in talks to participate in Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff’s upcoming Hulkamania tour of Australia. Diamond Dallas Page, a long time friend of Eric Bischoff, is also negotiating to appear. Lacey Von Erich, former WWE developmental diva and daughter of the late Kerry Von Eric, announced yesterday on her twitter account that she’s been booked for the tour. Former WWE stars Rikishi, Orlando Jordan and Gangrel may also be involved, asthey are affiliated with KnokX Pro Entertainment, a California-based wrestling company that is co-promoting the tour.
