Asos teams up with Textile Federation

New York – Asos will be launching a collaboration with Textile Federation, the brand
known for being major on prints and graphic patterns. The exclusive
collection will be hitting stores on June 8. The collection, titled the
Asos Talent High Summer Collection, will feature a total of 11 pieces.

The collection is created thanks to a global design competition organized by
the online retailer to help recognize emerging global design talent. The
four winners this year were Odette Steele from London College of Fashion;
Chloe Baird from Glasgow Clyde College; Ezoe Robinson from Central Saint
Martins, and Santiago Garimo from Venezuela’s University of Zulia.

The competitors challenge was to create looks based on the concept of
Chinese Whispers. The collection includes jumpsuits, t-shirts, shorts and
dress, with price points anywhere from 42 dollars for a crop t-shirt to 76
dollars for a printed jumpsuit. It’s global inspired fashion at a very
accessible price.
