***OFFICIAL NWA PRESS RELEASE***

The NWA™ National Heavyweight Championship belt has been surrendered by reigning NWA™ World Heavyweight Champion Tokyo Monster Kahagas.

Kahagas won the NWA™ World Heavyweight title on November 2, 2012 in Clayton, New Jersey at NWA™ DAWG. Kahagas, a surprise last minute entry in an elimination match to determine a new champion, pinned Damien Wayne after executing a “Tokyo Monster Driver”.

Kahagas became NWA™ National Heavyweight Champion on March 29, 2012 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida when he defeated Chance Prophet at NWA™ Ring Warriors’ “Battle of the Belts”.

It was determined that due to his responsibility to defend the NWA™ World Heavyweight title, it would be in the best interest of the organization for Kahagas to surrender the National Heavyweight Title to the NWA™.

Sergio Perez believes Sebastian Vettel has made the right call by joining Aston Martin, a team of pure racers where the German will have “a good time”.

Vettel will replace the Mexican driver alongside Lance Stroll at Team Silverstone, but Perez will remain on the grid this season with Red Bull Racing.

Perez joined Force India/Racing Point in 2014 and enjoyed a roller-coaster ride during his seven seasons with the team, but one that ended with the realization of his dream: a Grand Prix win, duly achieved at the Sakhir GP last month.

Despite his milestone triumph, Perez was preparing for a year on the sidelines when Red Bull nominated the Mexican at the end of last year as Alex Albon’s replacement for 2021.

Perez believes Vettel will blend in well at his old team, which will even perhaps put a much needed spring in the four-time world champion’s step after his troubled last few season with Ferrari.

“I think Seb has definitely taken a great decision,” Perez told the official Formula 1 website. “He’s coming to a team of pure racers, to a team where he will definitely have a good time.

“He will enjoy it, and most importantly, he will have some good fun. And I have no doubt that the team will be one of the strongest next year so he will definitely have a fantastic car.”

Still, as many in the F1 paddock have said in the past few months, Vettel will have some “big shoes” to fill as Perez was a popular man at Racing Point.

“I thought ‘well, big shoes to fill for a four-time world champion is hard to imagine versus a guy who just won a race’,” said Perez.

“But in a way, that’s Formula 1. Titles and victories don’t mean a lot because it’s so much down to the level of cars that you have in your career.”

Speaking to Wrestling101.com, Chavo Guerrero commented on whether people in WWE took notice of TNA Wrestling during his tenure with the sports-entertainment organization.

“At first it wasn’t, TNA was seen as just coming up in the business but then little by little they started to pick up more momentum and at this point in time I think TNA has the most momentum we have ever had,” said Guerrero. “If you look at our roster compared to anybodies, WWE’s, New Japan, Ring of Honor, I think we have the best roster in the world right now.”

Having worked for Eric Bischoff, Vince McMahon and Dixie Carter, Guerrero compared the three bosses in terms of their similarities and differences.

“First of all they are all great businessmen and women, they are at the head of companies because being a business person you have to be able to make those hard decisions and make good decisions, so that’s the similarities,” Guerrero said. “Differences, to me you have Vince McMahon who rules with fear, you better watch out or he’s going to cut your head off. Dixie Carter she rules with love and she is happy to have you on her roster and when you do well she lets you know about it. Eric Bischoff, he was kind of in the middle, sometimes he was very mean and wanted to bite your head off and other times you would go out for a beer with the guy.”

After only competing for two years, Chavo Guerrero received his first break with World Championship Wrestling in 1996. He recalls his time with the company.

“Wrestling in WCW was awesome because I was so young and it was a great mix of wrestlers. We had older wrestlers that had been around since my dads time like Arn Anderson and Paul Orndorff then we had the younger generation wrestlers which included guys like William Regal and Fit Finlay, then there were the likes of Eddie, Dean Malenko and Chris Benoit, and even younger guys like Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho,” said Guerrero.

“There was such a big mix of people that we really learned all different styles from all different eras. Every era of wrestling changes, it is always evolving, so we learnt so many different things and that’s what I took away with me the most from my time in WCW, it was just like going to school, I was at the Harvard for wrestling.”

Guerrero also recalls being part of the Cruiserweight division in WCW, the final episode of WCW Monday Nitro, joining WWE, winning the WWE Tag Team Championship with Eddie Guerrero, working alongside Vickie Guerrero, comparisons of WCW to TNA Wrestling, and more. The full interview is available here.

– The official WWE website is now promoting CM Punk’s scheduled appearance on Talking Dead this Sunday night at at 11 p.m. on AMC, a live talk show that discusses episodes of the popular The Walking Dead drama series.

Yesterday on Twitter, Punk vented on WWE not promoting his talk show appearance nor his return home to Chicago tomorrow as Official Grand Marshal of the McDonald’s Thanksgiving Parade. He wrote, “Yes, I will be on @AMCTalkingDead on Sunday. Shocking how WWE didn’t promote it or get AMC the proper materials in time to announce it. I will also be the Grand Marshall in the Chicago turkey day parade. Also not announced or promoted by “my” company. Shocking. This is what happens when you go over everyone’s head to hustle and acquire your own outside appearances. #disrespect.”

– To correct a report from last week on WWE opening Raw broadcasts with a man narrating video packages after Vince McMahon was shown a tape of TNA Wrestling’s Impact Wrestling show, he was actually informed of the concept by an employee and upon being intrigued, immediately concluded that his company could do it better. It was noted that if he had actually watched an Impact Wrestling opening, he probably would have been embarrassed with WWE blatantly copying an idea from TNA.

Multiple members of WWE’s creative staff—more their assistants—are assigned to watch tapes of TNA, Ring of Honor and WWE’s NXT, and file a report on its contents. There are other employees who work in the same capacity as consultants for the company.

Though some creative writers joined WWE with no knowledge of professional wrestling whatsoever, there are some who were prior fans.

“Due to circumstances beyond 3MBs control. The state of WWE address has been put back slightly. We apologize and was unavoidable #WWEAddress”

3MB posted a series of Tout videos last night of them partying in New Jersey, including one of them getting tattoos:
