Premier League side Everton and Italian giants Inter Milan are in talks over the possible signing of French international Moussa Sissoko, according to L’Équipe.

The player’s agent is due to meet with both of these clubs in Paris in the coming days.

Even though the player is still hoping that Real Madrid make their supposed interest in his services more concrete with an offer, he will not exclude the possibility of joining either Everton or Inter Milan.

Newcastle United continue to demand €40m in order to let the player go.

According to Le Télégramme, Rennes goalkeeper Benoît Costil has agreed personal terms with Fiorentina.

Rennes rejected a €1m offer from the Serie A side for the player last night, but Fiorentina will make an improved offer in the coming hours.

For a long time, Costil has dreamt about playing in Italy and has never received a contract extension offer from Rennes.

Cédric Carrasso and Paul Bernardoni (Bordeaux) and Vladislav Stoyanov (Ludogorets) have been earmarked as potential replacements by Rennes.

Abdoulaye Diallo has for the moment been blocked from joining Turkish side Rizespor as this situation develops.

As for Paul Nardi, his situation remains fluid. The player had been promised to be first choice at Rennes this season, and that could still be the case.

If not though, AS Monaco are already lining up a loan move to Standard Liege for Nardi.

30 year old winger Nabil Dirar is in advanced negotiations with Serie A side Lazio about a possible move, according to Gianluca di Marzio and Il Messaggero.

Lazio Sporting Director Igli Tare was in Monte Carlo last night attempting to finalise the move, but ASM boss Leonardo Jardim is not very happy with the prospect of senior dressing room figure Dirar potentially moving on, even if the pair have had a frosty relationship in the past.

Moroccan international attacker Younes Belhanda has two offers on the table, from AS Roma and OGC Nice, according to Manu Lonjon, who is close to the player’s camp.

Both deals on the table are a season-long loan for €1m with a €10m option to buy.

The club must decide whether it will accept one or either of these offers.

Speaking to reporters at Clairefontaine today, Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny moved to hype up Lyon attacking midfielder Nabil Fékir’s ability and potential.

“Nabil is someone with enormous technical quality. He reminds me of Messi with his little adjustive touches in terms of controlling the ball. He can make the difference on the pitch, whether that is as a collectively or in one-on-one situations. Ligue 1 side Olympique de Marseille have announced the appointment of Frenchman Rudi Garcia as manager with immediate effect.

Garcia will sign a 2.5 year contract with OM this afternoon after reaching a termination agreement with Serie A side AS Roma. Garcia was famously successful at Lille.

Garcia will have an unveiling press conference at 13:00 local time tomorrow, and will be on the touchline already on Sunday for Le Classique vs PSG.

Owner Frank McCourt had the following to say on the appointment:

Lyon goalkeeper Anthony Lopes has taken to Instagram in recent minutes to provide an update on his condition following the explosion of a firecracker next to him on the pitch last night in a Ligue 1 match against FC Metz.

The incident saw the match suspended and eventually called off completely after the local authorities could not provide adequate reassurances about safety both for the crowd. The league body will make a determination as to whether or not the match should be replayed or if Lyon should be handed the points automatically in the coming days.

Metz were leading 1-0 when the incident occurred, and if the latter consequence occurs, the relegation candidates will be even more furious with the small section of their fans who created this situation.

FC Metz confirmed last night that they had identified the individuals responsible for throwing the firecrackers in Anthony Lopes’ direction by looking back through video footage and one arrest was made last night in connection with the incident.

Anthony Lopes was taken to hospital for further examinations which have led to the following update from the Portuguese international goalkeeper:

“After having been in the emergency rooms last night and having seen a specialist this morning, Dr Giroud, I want to reassure everyone. I am suffering from a sound trauma which will have no consequences on my future. I will be undergoing treatment for two weeks. Thank you for your support.”

According to Globo Esporte, PSG have made an initial offer for Grêmio striker Luan.

Talks between the two clubs will not begin until after December 15th, Grêmio’s final game of the season. The report claims that at the moment, there are three possibilities for Luan. One, being the most likely, he leaves in January potentially to PSG. The other is that he plays in the Copa Libertadores and leaves Grêmio in the summer of 2017 or January 2018.

The Grêmio President is looking for €25m in order to sell the player, and PSG might have a problem with that, according to the report.
