TMZ Sports spoke with Stephanie McMahon about the historic 1st women’s match in Saudi Arabia — and she’s FIRED UP!!
“As a woman, as a mother, as just a person, I couldn’t be more proud. I am ecstatic, I am thrilled, I am many different adjectives to describe how I feel right now.”
Steph says WWE officials have been working on getting a women’s match in Saudi Arabia for “a long time” … and dealt with several powerful Saudi officials behind the scenes to make it happen.
As for ring attire, Stephanie says the women will NOT wear the usual flesh-baring outfits they rock in the U.S. Instead, they’ll wear full-body suits similar to what the women wore in the match in Abu Dhabi.
Steph noted the outfit adjustments were made out of respect for the Saudi culture — “We need to be respectful of the cultures in the countries we perform in.”Click Here: Gws Giants Guernsey

“I’m friends with Shane McMahon. He hasn’t really reached out to me. He gives me tickets to the events when they’re here at Staples Center or when they’re in Orange County. I bring my kids to it, we’re all huge fans of it. I would love to dabble in it, but I think Shane is really not sure if I can separate the difference between real fighting and professional wrestling. Tonight’s Monday Night Raw live broadcast on Sky Sports will be the last one ever on the network in the United Kingdom as starting from this Friday’s Smackdown, all WWE programming moves to BT Sport.
A few months ago, WWE and BT Sport announced a new multi-year agreement that brought an end to an era of WWE TV in the United Kingdom with WWE moving away from Sky for the first time in over three decades.
The partnership between WWE and Sky is the longest in terms of TV deals for WWE with Sky bringing WWE shows in 1989. It’s a partnership that even outlasts WWE’s deal with USA Network in the United States. Their last deal was signed on January 30, 2014 with a five-year agreement where Sky continued to be the exclusive home of all WWE shows including pay-per-views.
WWE viewership on Sky greatly diminished over the years and despite Sky being in 8.5 million homes in the United Kingdom, WWE only got a small fraction of that viewership every week, mainly due in part of the 1AM start time for live shows.Click Here: Aston Martin Racing Suit
