“As far as [WWE] not giving me my release, I think it’s like anywhere,” Kanellis pondered. “The [New England] Patriots aren’t going to release someone they think the [New York] Jets are going to pick up. And I think we have to think of it like that. It’s not negative – that’s just how it works! It works in sports and it works in [pro] wrestling.”

Tonight’s Monday Night Raw live broadcast on Sky Sports will be the last one ever on the network in the United Kingdom as starting from this Friday’s Smackdown, all WWE programming moves to BT Sport.
A few months ago, WWE and BT Sport announced a new multi-year agreement that brought an end to an era of WWE TV in the United Kingdom with WWE moving away from Sky for the first time in over three decades.
The partnership between WWE and Sky is the longest in terms of TV deals for WWE with Sky bringing WWE shows in 1989. It’s a partnership that even outlasts WWE’s deal with USA Network in the United States. Their last deal was signed on January 30, 2014 with a five-year agreement where Sky continued to be the exclusive home of all WWE shows including pay-per-views.
WWE viewership on Sky greatly diminished over the years and despite Sky being in 8.5 million homes in the United Kingdom, WWE only got a small fraction of that viewership every week, mainly due in part of the 1AM start time for live shows.Click Here: Aston Martin Racing Suit

USA Network has announced that Stone Cold Steve Austin’s interview series Straight Up Steve Austin has been renewed for a second season. It will include eight new half-hour episodes, although the guests have not been announced. Here’s a press release:
USA NETWORK RENEWS ‘STRAIGHT UP STEVE AUSTIN’ FOR SEASON 2
– Interview-Based Series hosted by WWE Legend Stone Cold Steve Austin, was 2019’s #1 New Unscripted Cable Series for Men 18-49 & 25-54 –
NEW YORK, NY – January 10, 2020 – USA Network today announced it has picked up hit unscripted series STRAIGHT UP STEVE AUSTIN for a second season. Expected to premiere this summer, Season 2 will consist of 8 half-hour episodes and is produced by Line by Line Media with Steve Austin and Dave Barsky (“Dirty Jobs”) as executive producers.
The unique interview-based series, hosted by retired WWE Legend “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, was 2019’s #1 new unscripted cable series for Men 18-49 and Men 25-54.* In every episode, Steve and a celebrity guest get real, heading out to different cities across America to take part in one-of-a-kind adventures, while swapping stories about their lives and careers. It’s a unique twist on the standard interview show, with no studio, no couch and no cue cards — just a straight up good time and good old-fashioned American fun.
Season 2 guests are to be announced. STRAIGHT UP STEVE AUSTIN’s first season guests included country singer and actor Trace Adkins, NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt Jr., comedian Gabriel Iglesias, WWE Superstar Becky Lynch, NFL Quarterback Baker Mayfield, actor and retired United States Marine Corps Reserve officer Rob Riggle, and star of “Impractical Jokers,” Sal Vulcano.
STRAIGHT UP STEVE AUSTIN joins a growing lineup of unscripted programming at USA, including docu-comedies CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST (2019’s #1 unscripted cable series on VOD), GROWING UP CHRISLEY and MIZ & MRS; and big buzzy reboots TEMPTATION ISLAND (USA Network’s #1 new series of 2019) and the reboot of THE BIGGEST LOSER (debuting January 28, 2020). Click Here: cheap converse women low top shoes

There was a lot of controversy surrounding Tessa Blanchard over the weekend, as several female wrestlers called her out for using a racial slur and bullying. That didn’t stop her from winning the Impact World title at last night’s Hard to Kill event, however. In the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer said that Impact knew what they were getting with Tessa when they initially signed her.
There had been rumors at the time that she was difficult to work with or had an attitude issue. According to Meltzer, everyone in Impact knew about the stories and her history, but this left her easy to sign from the independents. He added that WWE didn’t sign her to a developmental deal because of “attitude issues,” which followed her appearance in the 2018 Mae Young Classic.
It was also noted that Impact EVPs Don Callis and Scott D’Amore do not plan on letting her past affect Impact’s business. This of course was proven last night, when they went ahead with giving her their top title.Click Here: brisbane broncos shirt
