On a recent edition of Wrestling Observer Live, host Bryan Alvarez was asked if John Cena is still WWE’s top merchandise seller, and Alvarez confirmed Cena still sits atop the merchandise movers in WWE. Alvarez then added Roman Reigns is also near the top of the list in terms of merchandise sellers, despite the live crowd reaction Reigns draws at WWE events.
