Jim Ross Leaving WWE?; WWE Re-Signs Top Superstar, More

– With his one-year contract with WWE coming due in about a month or so, there have been some questions regarding Jim Ross’ status with the company. It seems that Ross will re-sign with the company as we haven’t heard of any major changes being made and there is no replacement for Ross being groomed. While we are not sure how long Ross plans to continue his work as the voice of RAW, he did recently open a barbeque restaurant in Norman, Oklahoma and his long-term goal is to make it a nationwide chain.

– There were some reports a couple of weeks ago indicating that Mark Henry was finished with WWE. Those reports can now be put to rest as we are able to confirm that the former World’s Strongest Man has signed a new contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. The full terms regarding the deal were not made immediately available; however, WWE must have made him an offer that he could not refuse.
