Laurent Koscielny hypes up Nabil Fékir

Speaking to reporters at Clairefontaine today, Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny moved to hype up Lyon attacking midfielder Nabil Fékir’s ability and potential.

“Nabil is someone with enormous technical quality. He reminds me of Messi with his little adjustive touches in terms of controlling the ball. He can make the difference on the pitch, whether that is as a collectively or in one-on-one situations. He brings lots of precision, he plays often on the right hand side to cut inside with his left foot. He has a very different style to Payet who plays on the left side. Nabil is much more about the one vs one take-ons. That brings a positive to our attack. We hope that he will improve to become a true great.”
