According to PWInsider, former Impact wrestler Mahabali Shera will be returning to the company soon, presumably at the upcoming television tapings in Toronto following the Rebellion PPV on April 28.

Shera wrestled for Impact from 2011-2017 before he was released from the company and signed with WWE/NXT. Shera’s last match with Impact was on Nov. 11, 2017 when he beat Caleb Konley. Shera signed with WWE on Feb. 14, 2018 and reported to the WWE Performance Center. Shera was released last fall; he never debuted on NXT TV but wrestled on several Florida house shows.

Shera originally debuted with Impact (TNA) for the King Ka King project in India in 2011.

The last prominent role for Shera on TV was in 2017, when he won the SIX Invitational Tournament during Impact’s set of television tapings in India.
