October 9, 2024 | News | No Comments
Former Monaco full-back Elderson Echiejile has passed his medical at Sivasspor and moved to the Turkish club.
Elderson struggled to cement his place in Monaco’s first XI, starting just 33 games in Ligue 1 across his three seasons at the club. Over the course of the last year, he has been forced to find games elsewhere, with a brief loan spell in Belgium, at Standard Liege. He then moved on loan to Sporting Gijon, in January 2017, where he played just 4 times.

The Nigerian international passed a medical on Friday afternoon ahead of his proposed transfer to Turkish side Sivasspor. Sivasspor’s official Twitter account tweeted, “Elderson Echiejile has signed a contract worth 1 year at Sivasspor.”
