The Strowman vs Kane match, however, ended in a double count out, so we still do not know who Brock Lesnar will be facing for the Title at WWE Royal Rumble next month.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, the current plan in WWE is for Brock Lesnar to defend the Universal Title in a Triple Threat match against both Braun Strowman and Kane.
The report adds there were several ideas pitched for Lesnar’s match at Royal Rumble, and as of this writing Vince McMahon has settled on the Triple Threat. As we noted after Raw last night, Lesnar will be returning to WWE TV on Raw next week to address his Title defense at the PPV next month.
After Raw was over last night, Braun Strowman did cut a backstage promo, which you can watch at this link, during which The Monster Among Men claimed nothing will stand in his way of Lesnar and the WWE Universal Title, so it certainly appears WWE is hyping Strowman remains on the path to a title match at Royal Rumble.
