WWE Announces TLC Location & Venue for PPV on Oct 22

WWE announced on Monday the location and venue for this year’s TLC PPV.
The official Twitter page of the Target Center, where TLC will take place announced on Monday morning that the WWE TLC PPV will be held at their venue in Minneapolis, Minnesota on Sunday, October 22nd.
