WWE In Trademark Battle With Anderson & Gallows

WrestlingINC is reporting that two different trademarks have been filed for the name “Karl Anderson.” The first comes from MG Karl Anderson, LLC, filed on January 18th.  WWE had reportedly failed to revive their trademark on the “Karl Anderson” name unintentionally. On January 22nd, WWE filed a petition to revive their abandoned application.

Anderson then filed a trademark on the name “Machine Gun,” on January 20th. Then Gallows & Anderson filed a trademark for “Talk’n Shop,” the name of Gallows & Anderson’s podcast.

WWE has successfully trademarked the name Luke Gallows, but WrestlingINC is reporting that Luke Gallows’s Wrestlemerica, LLC trademarked the name “Doc Gallows,” which was Gallows’s name in NJPW & TNA.
